Interview with the Food Blogger Behind Feasting on the Road

What is the name of your blog?

Feasting on the Road has been around for about three years now. It’s a food blog that documents my travels through Europe, where I eat and drink everything in sight! I’m also working on expanding my brand into photography, so if you have any questions about taking photos while traveling, feel free to ask me!

What makes you love European markets, restaurants and shops?

The people who work at European markets, restaurants and shops are all very friendly. They’re proud of their products and want you to try them. The food is great! I love trying new foods and seeing how they are made.

The markets are colorful and full of life; they have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables available for purchase, as well as other treats like gelato or chocolates that taste amazing!

Restaurants in Europe offer unique menus with dishes you can’t find anywhere else in the world! For example: Italian pizza topped with extra cheese and bacon–yum! And did I mention there’s no shortage of pastas on Italian menus? You’ll never get bored eating out while traveling through Europe because each country has its own specialties (and sometimes even regional variations within countries).

Where is your favorite place in Europe to eat?

If you’re going to ask me, my favorite place in Europe to eat is any of the markets. They are an incredible experience and offer such a wide range of food that there’s something for everyone.

My favorite European restaurant was one called Bistro de Paris in Lausanne, Switzerland. It’s been around since 1864 and serves traditional Swiss dishes like fondue and raclette (cheese melted in front of your eyes!). The atmosphere was wonderful–it felt like we were eating at someone’s house! The service was excellent as well–everyone was very kind when we went back later after our cruise had ended because they remembered us from before!

If I could choose just one thing…I’d have to say it would be macarons! These little French pastries come in all sorts of flavors: chocolate hazelnut; pistachio; vanilla bean…you name it! But beware: these aren’t for those watching their waistlines–they’re made with lots of butter/sugar/egg whites so they’ll give you plenty reason why not consume too much sugar 😉

What is your favorite European market or store to visit?

Now that you know a little bit about me, let’s get to the good stuff: food!

What is your favorite European market or store to visit? Why do you like it? What makes it special? Where is it located and what do you usually buy there.

What make up the perfect day trip for you in Europe?

There are so many things to do in Europe. If you’re looking for a day trip, here are some ideas:

  • Explore the countryside and visit a castle. You can take a tour of an old castle or even stay overnight!
  • Walk around town and explore an old city center with lots of shops and restaurants. You can also see historic buildings along the way!
  • Go to a beach near where you live, or if it’s summertime then maybe go on vacation somewhere warm like Spain or Italy? Or just relax at home instead–there’s nothing wrong with staying inside your room all day long if that’s what makes sense for your family right now!

There are so many great places to eat and shop for food in Europe!

It’s no secret that Europe has some of the best food in the world. You can find delicious dishes at restaurants, markets, and shops all over the continent. Here are just a few highlights from my trip:

Conclusion

The food scene in Europe is incredible. From traditional dishes to new, innovative creations, there is something for everyone. The best part about eating out in Europe is that there are so many great places to choose from! You can find amazing restaurants with local specialties in almost every city, but if you’re looking for something more unique or unusual then the next time you travel abroad make sure you check out one of these amazing places first before deciding where else go eat.”
